Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee overall Facility (Engineering and Controls) & Admin activities.
2. Hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
3. Identify, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify field-level I/O’s and network components. Modify motor controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components.
4. Knowledge of Sortation systems and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) is an advantage.
5. Perform daily, weekly, monthly technical checks as per PPM schedule.
6. Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repairs.
7. Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
8. Record energy consumption readings.
9. Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.
10. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, wiring methods, and materials.
11. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components (photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, encoders).
12. Support production in a safe, customer-focused manner.
13. Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, carts.
14. Conduct regular checks of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
15. Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
16. Attend to regular electrical works.
17. Issue height work and hot work permits.
18. Perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
19. Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and root cause analysis (RCA).
20. Update tools inventory.
21. Adhere to PPM schedule maintenance.
22. Manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal.
23. Handle agency staff and oversee overall shift activities.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & Instrumentation with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Same as basic qualifications, with additional experience preferred.
