An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company have over 15 locations in this region.
The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.
CRM responsibilities
* Monitor and oversee a CRM system which tracks workflow
* Deal with complaints
* Monitor flow of information
* Monitoring targets
* Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays and sickness
* Overseeing training budget/CPDs
* Note taking
* Chasing up on projects
* Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
* Predicting future issues
* Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
* Health & Safety
CRM reporting
* Credit control
* Client communications
* Phone calls
* Letters
* Targets
* Production rates
* Scheduling holidays
* Contracts
* Assisting with payroll
