We're working with a well-established brand experience agency known for delivering standout work across live, retail and shopper campaigns.
They're now looking for a Senior Art Director to join the team — someone who can bring big ideas to life across experiential, spatial and integrated brand environments.
The Role
This is a hands-on, concept-led role where you'll be:
* Leading big creative ideas across live brand experiences (UK + US markets)
* Developing visual worlds and art direction across multiple touchpoints
* Working closely with designers, creatives and production teams
* Presenting work confidently in pitches and client meetings
* Acting as a creative guardian across brand outputs
* Bringing energy, craft and storytelling into everything you do
You'll play a key role in shaping how brands show up in the real world — pushing thinking beyond the obvious and into something genuinely engaging.
What They're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in an agency (Art Director or similar)
* Strong portfolio with experiential / brand activation work
* A big thinker + strong storyteller
* Excellent craft + attention to detail
* Confident presenting and selling creative ideas
* Solid knowledge of production, print and delivery processes
* Advanced Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
