The purpose of the Graduate Leadership Programme role is to work within commercial functions across our main business areas. The scheme will consist of 2 x 12 month rotations. For September 2025 we have a vacancy in our Consumer Marketing team in our Personal Health business. In this role you will partially own and manage one of our key brands include analysing and making category decisions to help serve consumer and customer needs, demands, and trends. The second rotation will be confirmed after you have joined Philips but could be in one of the following areas, likely in our Health Systems (B2B) business such as Hospital Patient Monitoring, Imaging, Solutions Business Development or Service & Solution Delivery. You are a part of The Philips Graduate Leadership Programme, which is designed to discover future business leaders and incorporate you into the Philips business where your new ideas and passion will shape the Philips business of tomorrow. You will have strong support networks with business managers, mentors and previous graduates. Your cohort will start in September 2025 and will be supported with a comprehensive personal development plan over the two-year scheme. As part of the programme you will be given a stretch project in another area of the UKI business. Although you will be mobile, you will initially be based at our UK headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire. You may occasionally be required to travel locally and sometimes abroad. Our office is a vibrant and exciting (professionally and socially) place to be based and you will have the opportunity to network with the wider organization. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following A demonstrable interest in the health tech industry and an appetite to develop this further at Philips Recent (2023 or later) graduate in any degree (Bachelors or Masters) currently residing in the UK Evidence of high-performance background (for example through your academic and/or extra-curricular activities). Evidence of leadership potential and you will have leadership ambitions.
