Job Title: Registered Home Managers (Nursing / Residential & Dementia)

Salary:
* Residential & Dementia Manager: circa £55,000
* Nursing Care Manager: £65,000–£70,000
* Bonus scheme linked to occupancy, EBITDA, training, and quality outcomes

About the Role
We are working with a well-established care provider to recruit two exceptional Registered Home Managers for a flagship care village in Hertfordshire. This service is undergoing a major investment and transformation programme and offers a unique opportunity to lead within one of the largest care environments of its kind in the UK.
Due to continued growth, the service is now being split into two distinct areas, each with its own CQC registration:
* Nursing Care Manager – overseeing clinical and nursing services, currently supporting over 140 residents
* Residential & Dementia Care Manager – leading the residential and dementia communities and enhancing person-centred care environments
Both managers will report into a dedicated, on-site Operations Manager and play a key role in driving forward quality, innovation, and resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong, visible leadership across your designated area
* Take full accountability for compliance, quality, and care standards
* Champion resident experience, wellbeing, and personalised care delivery
* Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and other senior leaders
* Support the ongoing capital works programme, including room refurbishments and dementia environment upgrades
* Manage team performance, development, and engagement
* Monitor occupancy, financial performance, and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For
* Experienced Registered Manager (or equivalent) with a background in elderly care
* A solid understanding of clinical governance and care regulation (a nursing qualification is not required)
* Strong leadership, people management, and service development skills
* A proven ability to manage large or complex care settings
* Commercial awareness and experience with occupancy and budget management
* A forward-thinking, resident-focused approach
