Were looking for a highly organised, hands-on Ice Rink Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of a busy festive at The Queen's House Ice Rink. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team, create magical guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations throughout the season.
Dates: 19th November 4th January
Hours: 09:00 21:00 (56 days per week, must be available weekends and bank holidays)
Day rate: £225 £235 DOE
What youll be doing:
Overseeing all aspects of rink operations, from staff management to customer experience
Leading, motivating, and supporting seasonal staff to deliver first-class service
Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met at all times
Managing scheduling, daily briefings, and rota organisation
Handling any operational or customer service issues quickly and professionally
Working closely with senior management to deliver a safe and successful event
What were looking for:
Previous experience managing events, venues, or large-scale operations
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a team
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional approach under pressure
A proactive, hands-on attitude willing to get stuck in when needed
Full availability across the dates of operation (including all weekends and holidays )
