Learning Support Assistant - Camden- Immediate Start

This is a full-time role starting in September on a long-term basis.
Learning Support Assistant - Salary and Contract:
* £470 a week with holiday pay included, on a long-term basis.
* Contract term - September 2025 to July 2026
* Potential to become a permanent role or dive into a teacher training position.
Learning Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Working 1-to-1 with small groups.
* Providing support with pupils that have SEND.
* Collaborating with SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
* Creating and building a safe environment whilst also providing pupils with confidence and motivation.
Learning Support Assistant - What the School offers:
* Full-time, long-term role starting immediately in September in a high achieving Primary school.
* A plan to either help you start your teaching career or become a more established Learning Support Assistant.
* Opportunity to gain classroom experience, SEN awareness and 1-to1 experience.
Learning Support Assistant - Ideal Candidate:
* A recent graduate from either a Top 20 University or Russell Group.
* Ideally a First-Class degree or 2:1.
* SEN awareness and passion to help those with SEND.
* Someone that is enthusiastic about education and providing support and to children that may need that extra help.
* Confident, Patient and Proactivity whilst also showcasing initiative is important as a Learning Support Assistant
