Job role: Construction Trainer / Assessor

Reports to: Construction Manager

Role of a Construction Trainer /Assessor

* To deliver our Construction training programmes including employability.
* Collaborate and connect with young people, external partners and stakeholders to ensure relationships are at the heart of everyday practice
* Deliver experiential learning sessions to varied group of learners, both face to face and remote
* Monitor, review, inspire and support learners undertaking school programmes, vocational apprenticeship programmes and industry coaching
* Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research
* To ensure full compliance with GDPR and other compliance requirements

Essential Skills:

* Construction related background

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential
* Assessor qualification (L&D9i), or equivalent, is desirable but not essential

Package:

* Salary Banding: £25,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Scottish Living Wage Accredited
