Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally. Request and collect complete and accurate customer information (e.g., contact details, service/product preferences, relevant documents). Maintain organized digital records of email correspondence and customer data. Follow up on incomplete submissions to ensure all necessary details are obtained. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and met. Draft clear, polite, and informative email templates for common customer scenarios. Monitor shared inboxes and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance. Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and recordkeeping as needed. Requirements: Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and tone. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience in customer service or administrative support (email-focused is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, CRM systems).
