Job Responsibilities: • Support classroom activities and help deliver planned lessons effectively. • Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning. • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Provide tailored support to pupils with varying learning needs. • Help manage behaviour in line with school policies and routines. Requirements: • Experience working in a primary school or educational environment. • A positive and proactive attitude to supporting children’s development. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
