Cormac is seeking two proactive Administrative Assistants to join our team, providing vital support across our Fleet and Valet service areas. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
You’ll be involved in a range of tasks including:
1. Supporting services such as Pool Cars, Car Leasing, Valeting, Asset Replacement, Workshops, and Compliance
2. Performing data entry and validation
3. Creating and processing invoices
4. Managing reception cover
5. Assisting with the daily coordination of the corporate pool car scheme and/or valet services
6. Creating reports and monitoring key business processes
7. Raising and processing purchase orders and stock
You’ll use a range of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, our in-house Fleet Management system, and the Corporate Finance system.

About you
We’re looking for organised, detail-oriented individuals with a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy environment and is confident using technology to manage and support administrative processes.
Essential skills and experience:
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and digital
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders professionally and sensitively
* Respect for confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms
* Ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively
* Experience with fleet management systems (Tranman, Masternaut)
* Familiarity with performance management tools (Power BI)
