Overview: The Sales Manager (SM) plays a pivotal role in expanding the companies market presence across London and the surrounding region. Focused on securing both new project-based sales and recurring trade volume, the SM is accountable for identifying, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities across the building services supply chain; including M&E consultants, contractors, developers, housing associations, utilities and national/regional merchants. The SM will lead sales engagement from initial prospecting through to specification, tender support, and post-sale relationship management. They will work consultatively to understand client requirements and promote the appropriate thermal storage solutions, helping to ensure specifications translate into delivered projects. A central aspect of this role is managing the full customer journey and aligning external client needs with internal technical and commercial teams to drive successful outcomes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver sustained revenue growth, gross margin protection and long-term account development, while contributing to market penetration goals across the domestic and commercial sectors.
