About you
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator. You will support the successful completion of projects, assisting with project administration and ensuring efficient project management processes. This role requires a strong organiser with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
What will you get up to?
Support Sales, Operations, and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards
Help manage project schedules and assist in tracking project milestones
Respond to customer inquiries and confirm details with suppliers
Work with the Accounts team to check purchase invoices and financial documents
Create and maintain project support documentation
Maintain accurate records and project notes, updating internal systems accordingly
Assist with overall team email management and communication
Support the delivery of customer satisfaction surveys at the end of each project
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
You will have
Has strong analytical skills to assess processes and suggest improvements
Is confident in driving change and implementing practical solutions
Has excellent administration and organisational abilities
Is proficient in Excel for data management, reporting, and process automation
Demonstrates high accuracy and attention to detail
Is confident in both written and verbal communication
Is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Has knowledge of the construction industry (desirable but not essential)
