The Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, driving both brand and commercial performance across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a clear, scalable marketing strategy aligned to growth objectives
* Leading brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
* Driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
* Overseeing digital, CRM, content, and local marketing initiatives
* Managing and developing a small but high‑performing marketing team
* Partnering closely with operations to support site‑level performance
* Using data and insight to optimise campaigns and inform decision‑making
About You
* Proven experience in a senior marketing role (Head of / Director level)
* Background within multi‑site retail, hospitality, or consumer‑facing businesses
* Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing
* Experience working in founder‑led or entrepreneurial environments
* Commercially minded, with a track record of driving growth
* Hands‑on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
