Role Overview SEND Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of additional learning needs
Work closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to deliver tailored support plans
Help to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development
What were looking for - SEND Teaching Assistant:
Minimum 2:1 degree in a related subject
Genuine passion for working with young people with SEND
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach to supporting learners
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
