We are a family-owned company manufacturing and supplying advanced performance lubricants for heavy machinery. Your role involves B2B sales in an industrial setting, developing and securing long-term partnerships with new and existing customers in the field.
Previous sales experience is not essential; we are interested in candidates who demonstrate the required attributes and are seeking their first sales role. This is a field-based position, not office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers in the field.
* Present and demonstrate sales in a consultative manner.
* Plan and prioritize daily activities.
Key Accountabilities:
* Attend review meetings at customer sites daily.
* Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and obtain referrals.
* Handle customer orders using relevant technology, adhering to policies and standards.
* Represent NCH Europe as a credible, professional supplier.
* Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
* Visit client sites daily to prospect new sales and retain existing customers.

You will receive a basic salary of £27,000 + £3,000 car allowance + uncapped commission with realistic earnings of £40-60k OTE.
