Supporting and assisting Clinicians in a variety of orthopaedic Clinics. This will involve different Trauma, elective and spinal outpatient clinics. Advert The main role of the post is to prepare and oversee clinics, this will involve ensuring they are running efficiently, using the resources available, supporting clinicians and anticipating their requirements. being responsible for HCA's in the clinical areas, and supporting them whilst on duty. Detailed job description and main responsibilities The main role of the post is to prepare and oversee clinics, this will involve ensuring they are running efficiently, using the resources available, supporting clinicians and anticipating their requirements. Ensuring the patients are cared for to the highest standards, which are underpinned by the Trusts Values and Behaviours. We are responsible for ensuring all our patients are appraised of any further treatments or and investigations and ensure they are well informed about each step. Outpatient staff are expected to work as a team and support the plaster room as required.
