The Role
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will:
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Support clients through the offer and negotiation process
* Assist with sales progression from offer agreed through to completionDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
* Generate new business opportunities and contribute to office targets
Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong background in customer service or sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self‑motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
* Professional, personable, and commercially aware
* Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Genuine interest in building a career in estate agency
