As a Floor Manager, you support the management team by driving the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high visual and operational standards. The Role
* Managing, motivating, and developing your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
* Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
* Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your department
* Managing and supporting the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
* Conducting store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
* Provide an exceptional customer experience
About You
* Passionate about leading your team to success
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Experience with supervising a team
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
* Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
