Health & Safety Manager - Rolls Royce£44,000 per annum40 hours per weekNational Travel Required to various sites Key responsibilities:Delivery of H&S performance indicatorsDelivery of Food, health and safety & Allergen performance indicatorsDelivery of proactive internal auditingDelivery of reactive audits and interventions as requiredOperational engagementCoaching and support of all teams to create a culture of safetyRole SpecificWorkplace Safety: Oversee and maintain the Compass Workplace Safety Management System, ensuring that operational safety standards are consistently met.Work proactively with managers and key staff to develop and sustain a continuous improvement program for HSE management.
