They are now seeking a Client Services Manager / Senior Account Manager to work predominantly on the Print side of the business, alongside brand and creative. This role will work with established accounts, however commercial savvy will be expected to grow accounts and identify opportunities. What Youll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio public sector creative and print account clients. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, offering insight, confidence, and clarity. Working closely with strategists, creatives, and client partners to deliver brand-led, effective solutions. Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and supporting wider business goals. Immersing yourself in client industries to bring fresh thinking and strategic input. Supporting tender opportunities and new business pitches. What Theyre Looking For: Agency experience (ideally) or ability to demonstrate managing a portfolio of clients Natural relationship builder trusted by clients, confident presenting, and calm under pressure. Strong commercial acumen able to run profitable projects and align agency work to client goals. Proactive and independent able to spot opportunities and drive work forward without needing constant direction. Collaborative and team-oriented someone who contributes to a positive, supportive environment. Desirable experience: Public sector experience. B2B marketing background, ideally with brand simplification, ABM, and positioning experience. Familiarity with project management tools like Synergist (or similar platforms).
