We are working with a well-established and respected freight forwarder in Feltham, seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to join their busy and professional team.
If you are confident in handling air freight shipments from start to finish and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
* Handling air export shipments from quotation through to final delivery
* Completing export documentation and ensuring customs compliance
* Liaising with airlines, carriers, and overseas agents
* Managing bookings and tracking shipments
* Providing excellent service to clients and maintaining key relationships
Requirements:
* Solid background in air export freight forwarding
* Knowledge of industry systems (e.g., CargoWise, ASM, etc.)
* Strong understanding of export procedures and documentation
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Team player with a proactive and professional approach
