You will help run engaging sessions that build students' fitness, teamwork, confidence, and motivation. Alongside curriculum PE, you may also assist with lunchtime or after‑school clubs, team practices, and school sporting events. A significant part of the role may involve working with students who need extra encouragement or support to participate positively. You will help them stay calm, focused, and ready to learn-promoting routines that support healthy engagement, emotional regulation, and constructive behaviour. Your presence will help create a safe, structured environment where every young person feels able to take part and progress at their own pace. This role is perfect for someone patient, energetic, and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to helping young people develop both physically and personally.
