Hours: 28 hours per week (4 days)
Salary: Up to £34,507 FTE (£43,134.00)

Your Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting foster parents and ensuring high-quality placements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct support to foster parents within a manageable caseload.
* Conducting regular supervision to monitor compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in safeguarding and child protection processes.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is:
* Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
* Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and multi-disciplinary teams.
* A confident driver with unrestricted access to your own car.
* Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
* Hold a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
* Previous experience in children and families social work.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to children's services.
* Good IT skills.
* Flexible regarding working patterns and travel.
Working Conditions:
Your office will be based in Long Eaton, with a standard caseload covering the Midlands and South Yorkshire. You can expect no more than a one-hour drive, although flexibility may be required for team collaboration.
