Main duties of the job
In this key role, you will help ensure our hospitals provide a safe, clean and compliant environment for patients, staff and visitors. Working closely with the Infection Prevention & Control Team, Ward and Department Managers, and Estates & Facilities colleagues, you'll carry out environmental audits, support quality improvement activity, and provide accurate and timely reporting across our sites.

Qualifications
* Good general standard of general education including Maths and English
* ECDL or similar IT qualification
Experience
* Previous working experience with demonstrable transferrable skills
* Recent keyboard and computer experience
* Experience of working within Healthcare Services
* Ability and knowledge of quality control/assessing and ability of using monitoring tools after training
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
* Computer skills to include database and spreadsheets
* Good communication and literacy skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative/autonomously
* Ability to follow procedures
* Flexible and able to meet strict deadlines
