Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who is degree-qualified in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (an advanced degree is desirable). You should have over 5 years of experience managing technology or software projects, preferably within a regulated or MedTech environment. A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and risk management frameworks is essential. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana is required. Additionally, you should hold or be working towards a PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are necessary for this role. Responsibilities: In this position, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across our software and hardware teams. You will ensure compliance with medical device and software standards, including ISO 13485 and IEC 62304. Your role will involve driving project delivery by managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to meet agreed milestones. Collaboration with software testing and QA teams to coordinate verification and validation (V&V) activities will also be key. Additionally, you will oversee deployment, post-market updates, and issue resolution in line with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and visibility.
