Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead our B2B and D2C growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and build brand loyalty. From managing our social media presence, optimizing our PPC spend and working with our retail customers planning promotions and marketing activities - you will be the engine behind our sales and brand awareness.
We are a small ready-to-drink cocktail business (award winning canned cocktails and cocktails-in-a-box), which is growing quickly. We need someone who wants to get stuck in and really make their mark in this role. Responsibilities
* Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement annual marketing plans to hit aggressive revenue targets for both our B2B and DTC channels
* Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (SEM), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon to ensure a high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
* SEO & Content: Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and oversee the creation of engaging blog posts, product descriptions, and video content.
* Email Marketing: Design and automate email flows (Mailchimp) for abandoned carts, product launches, and customer retention.
* E-commerce Management: Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics) to identify friction points in the customer journey and improve conversion rates (CRO).
* B2B management: Managing our marketing budget and strategy for grocery and key retail customers (Monitoring sales uplift with our grocery and retail customers, ensuring activities lead to uplift in sales and brand awareness)
* Social Media & Influencers: Build and manage our social community and lead outreach for UK-based influencer partnerships, including channels like Social Tip.
* Budgeting: Manage the monthly marketing budget, ensuring every pound is spent effectively to maximize ROI.
* Events: Managing events from concept to execution - ensuring they are budgeted, staffed and run smoothly with strong sales (DTC) or key listing wins (B2B)
* Reporting: Translating complex customer data in monthly marketing reports
Experience & Requirements
* Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Executive role, specifically within E-commerce or Retail.
* Platform Knowledge: Hands‑on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, and proficiency in Google Merchant Center.
* Data Savvy: Strong ability to interpret data and social insights to make informed strategic pivots.
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK retail landscape and consumer trends in London/UK.
* Tools: Expert knowledge of Canva/Adobe Suite (for basic creative), SEMRush/Ahrefs (for SEO), and Meta Business Suite.
* Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Experience in FMCG would be a huge asset.

Work Hours
The role occasionally requires evening and weekend work, with the possibility of overnight travels (for retailer pitching and events). Advanced notice will be given.
Salary
£32,000-£35,000.00 per year
