Subject to formal establishment amendment, a vacancy may arise for a Sgt (People Ops – People specialist) to serve as the CSU SNCO J1 at MOD Corsham on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 27 July 2026 (or earlier/later, subject to candidate status). The successful applicant will work within the 4-person CSU Corsham Coord Team. Other members are 1 x Army WO2 OpsO, 1 x RAF SNCO People Ops and 1 x RAF Flt Lt Executive Officer. Alternative Working Arrangements may be possible subject to agreement with the command chain. In any case, attendance at the unit Working Weekend (once a month, Thu-Sun) will be required. Roles & Responsibilities of the post include: Manage IT equipment & training requests via HQ. Coordinator of JCRSB board member attendance & SIFT completion. HR Administration to include Pay & SJAR/OJAR Management. SNCO CMCA / Management Checks. Travel and accommodation bookings for unit personnel. To assist with arranging medical appointments for unit personnel. To maintain currency in all mandatory training requirements Attend the Joint Cyber Reserve Selection Board at Imjin Barracks and the Cyber Reserves Induction Package.
