Job Description
3. Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
4. Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
5. Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
6. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
7. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
8. Document support processes and solutions accurately.
9. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT support services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer should have:
11. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
12. Experience in providing technical support within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
13. Familiarity with common IT software and hardware solutions.
14. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
