Everest UK Aluminium Systems is a new and ambitious business entering the UK market, backed by Everest, a leading aluminium systems manufacturer. We specialise in high-quality aluminium profiles for windows, doors, and façades, importing directly from our production facility and supplying to UK fabricators, window manufacturers, and specialist installers.
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Technical Sales Manager who can drive sales, build relationships, and play a key role in establishing our presence in the market.
Role Overview
The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and winning new business across the UK. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and commercial sales expertise in aluminium window and door systems. The ideal candidate will already have strong connections within the industry (fabricators, installers, window shops, and architects) and be confident in positioning Everest UK Aluminium Systems as a high-quality, reliable supplier.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline of fabricators, window/door manufacturers, and installers across the UK.
Present and promote our aluminium systems to customers, highlighting technical benefits and competitive advantages.
Provide technical support to customers, including profile specifications, system performance, fabrication methods, and compliance with UK standards.
Work closely with directors to shape market entry strategy, pricing, and product offering.
Build long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted technical partner.
Deliver sales targets, report regularly on pipeline and progress.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
Support with product training and demonstrations to fabricators and installers.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in sales of aluminium systems, profiles, or related fenestration products.
* Strong technical knowledge of aluminium window and door fabrication, installation, and system performance.
* Established network of fabricators, manufacturers, and installers in the UK.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Commercially driven, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a new business.
Desirable
* Experience working with architects, specifiers, or developers.
* Knowledge of UK building regulations and relevant standards (e.g., PAS24, Part L, Secured by Design).
* Previous experience in a start-up or new market entry environment.
