As a key member of the Conveyancing Team, you will provide essential support to a senior conveyancing lawyer, contributing to their dynamic workload that spans administrative and legal duties in Residential Conveyancing. Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively support the senior conveyancing lawyer and fee earners, in progressing matters from initiation to completion.
2. Play a vital role in liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders involved in property transactions.
3. Ensure the accuracy and currency of matter files through regular updates.
4. Interpret and draft legal correspondences and forms required for transactions.
5. Oversee the completion of all related administrative tasks.
6. Drafting contracts, registrations, exchanges, setting up completions and dictation
Desired Attributes:
7. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate effectively.
9. Previous conveyancing experience is highly desirable.
