Company Description
Lua is the Agent OS for mid-market – a platform and TypeScript framework for building AI
agents that can connect to any API and deploy real, production-grade conversational and
automation use cases in hours, not months.
Companies use Lua to power AI agents across customer support, internal operations, finance
workflows, e-commerce, and more – with full control over their data, logic, and integrations.
Developers love Lua for its CLI, TypeScript tooling and “build with natural language + code”
approach, while enterprises trust it for security, scalability and flexibility.

Role Description
Lua’s go-to-market runs through a partner channel — dev agencies and implementation partners who build and deploy agents for their own clients on our platform. We’re scaling this network fast, with new partners onboarding across the UK, Ireland, India, Benelux, Philippines, and Canada.
We need someone who ensures partner quality stays high as the network grows. You’ll own partner technical onboarding, enforce build standards, create enablement materials, and step in as the technical safety net when a partner needs support or when a client needs to be transitioned.
Responsibilities:
* Own the technical onboarding experience for new partners — help them get set up with the Lua CLI, understand the platform, and ship their first agent successfully.
* Review partner-built agents against Lua’s quality standards. Identify issues early and work with partners to fix them before they reach clients.
* Build and maintain technical enablement materials: runbooks, build checklists, integration patterns, QA standards, and best practices documentation.
* Act as the technical point of contact when a partner needs support, is struggling with a build, or when a client needs to be transitioned between partners.
* Track partner performance metrics — pass rates, escalation rates, build quality — and report back to leadership on partner health.
* Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent quality across partner-built and internally-built agents.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years in technical support, solutions engineering, developer relations, or a similar role working with external partners or agencies.
* Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals, and reading code you didn’t write.
* Strong triage instincts — when something breaks, you assess quickly, communicate clearly, and fix what matters first.
* Experience writing technical documentation or enablement materials for external audiences.
* You can enforce standards with partners while maintaining a collaborative, constructive relationship.
* Comfortable working across timezones with partners and clients globally.
