Job Details:
Between £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5pm)
Permanent

Job Role:
The Purchasing Coordinator will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for the timely ordering of all production and non-production consumables and services. You'll ensure supplier activity complies with company policies, purchasing procedures, and meets standards of cost, quality and service. Supporting both site-specific and wider group procurement initiatives, you will deliver a cost-effective, efficient service to both internal and external customers.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Previous experience within a purchasing role
Awareness of materials and supply chain used in production
Relevant experience of statistical and trend analysis
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
Working towards or interested in starting MCIPS qualification
Previous experience in a manufacturing purchasing environment
