About Us

We are a fast-growing furniture rental start-up specialising in staging prime properties for both the sales and high-end rental markets. Our curated approach enhances property appeal, accelerates transactions, and adds value for vendors, landlords, and agents alike.

Following recent success, we’re expanding our Business Development team.


The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to support our continued growth in the prime property market.

Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll help identify new opportunities, qualify leads, and secure meetings with estate agents, developers, and relocation professionals. You’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects — opening doors, starting conversations, and helping us build relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in sales within the property or interiors industry, while being part of a collaborative, design-led team.


Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify new business opportunities in the prime property market.
* Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate and qualify leads.
* Book meetings and introductions for the Senior Business Development Manager and wider team.
* Support the Senior Business Development Manager in outreach to larger accounts and referral partners.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and outreach activity in the CRM.
* Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions and at industry events.
* Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and lead performance.


Who We’re Looking For

* Experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
* Experience in property, interiors, luxury services, or premium B2B environments is a plus.
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
* Highly organised with excellent CRM discipline.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to learn and grow.
* Enjoys outreach, initiating conversations, and uncovering new opportunities.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, design-led, collaborative culture.
