Due to ongoing expansion, they are seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to support day-to-day warehouse operations and drive performance across a busy, hands-on environment.

The Role
As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the warehouse operation and ensuring an efficient flow of goods throughout the site. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of warehouse operatives
* Ensuring daily pick, pack, and dispatch targets are consistently met
* Monitoring stock accuracy, conducting regular audits, and maintaining product traceability
* Overseeing goods-in and goods-out processes
* Promoting a safe working environment and driving H&S compliance
* Supporting onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of team members
* Working closely with Production, Planning, and Customer Service teams
* Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Operative, or similar
* Strong communication and people‑management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Good understanding of warehouse processes and stock control
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG experience (desirable)
* FLT licence (advantage but not essential)
