COME AND JOIN US. .. We are currently seeking an experienced, creative and collaborative Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to join our People & Culture Team. The on target earning potential for this role is £29,060 / per annum based on a 24 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £25,983, plus a qualified estimate of £3,077 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards. The shift pattern for this role is 24hrs over 3dys each week, with set days Wednesday to Friday. Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: You’ll be helping to shape and deliver an internal communications and engagement plan for both The Gleneagles Hotel and Gleneagles Townhouse Working collaboratively with your colleagues in the Communications Team, the People Team, and teams across the whole business to support the delivery of our annual communications plan, ensuring every piece of internal communication and every engagement opportunity promotes an outstanding employee experience, maintains transparency, wins hearts and minds and supports our strategic ambitions Gathering, creating and curating content that is timely, compelling and on-brand; sharing this content across a range of digital and analogue channels; and also packaging and reframing it for different audiences and purposes to drive adoption across all areas and levels of the business You’ll be briefing and working with several external agencies and suppliers, including photographers, videographers, designers, printers and event production companies, to elevate the quality of our internal communications and engagement initiatives The lead contact for a range of important external relationships, including those with our employee relationship platform and our bot platform, you’ll be using your communication skills to get the best out of those relationships Owning a number of short-lead and ongoing projects, from driving our Reward and Recognition programme to issuing regular people and business updates, you’ll use our channels to drive engagement and shape our culture With well-honed negotiation skills, you’ll be consulting with a range of colleagues in the production of content and collateral to ensure stakeholder alignment and agreement Analysing and providing insight on our listening strategies, so we’re clear on what the data tells us, and can use it to drive meaningful change. Playing in key role, with our Head of Communications, on the delivery of our Townhalls and Business Leader Sessions, preparing presentations and staging events in such a way that they engage and motivate our people, alongside the event management, planning and communication of all key people events Communicating our charity partnership activity and supporting our business with charity activations, from fundraisers to events, strengthening these partnerships, involving our people, ensuring they feel empowered to make a difference.
