As Service Manager for our Mid Sussex area, you’ll oversee several small projects and lead a team delivering social welfare advice and casework to AQS standards. You’ll ensure services meet KPIs, quality and regulatory requirements, while providing supportive line management and encouraging a positive, high-performing team culture. You’ll also work closely with local stakeholders and partners, representing Citizens Advice and ensuring our services reflect the needs of the local community. This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong presence across local offices (minimum 80% office-based per week). You’ll play a key part in developing staff and volunteers, contributing to funder reporting, and helping shape the charity’s future through insight, collaboration and continuous improvement.
