7. Strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges

10. Ability to use initiative to proactively spot and resolve potential problems
11. Passion to work within tourism, although travel experience is not essential
12. Confidence to handle multiple currencies and administrative tasks whilst complying with procedures
13. Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which could include evenings & weekends in line with customer demand and shop opening times. Shift patterns are normally shared 4 weeks in advance.
