Welder / Fabricator Required! (MIG / TIG) BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). 4 Day Working Week! Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 00:00 Overtime @ 1.5x Pay. Pay: £14.50 - £17 per hour. (Dependant on skill level) Temp to Perm! Benefits: On-site parking. £50 Bonus Per Month for on-time clock-ins. (Once Passed Probation). £100 Birthday Bonus. Full Lockers & Work wear Provided. Minimum Skills / Experience Required: Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experienced in MIG / TIG welding. Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish. Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment. Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills. Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
