Broad Oak Manor is a beautiful Edwardian manor house set within a peaceful village, providing residential, nursing, and short stay care, including palliative and convalescence care. The home is CQC registered to care for residents of all ages. Located conveniently near the M25 and A2, it offers a cozy environment with charming period features, landscaped gardens, and a variety of amenities including a salon, quiet lounge, and activity rooms.
Residents enjoy a varied menu, with options for dining in the communal dining room or privately in their rooms. The home offers snacks, homemade cakes, and a night bite menu. Activities such as pamper sessions, flower arranging, movie nights, and arts and crafts are available daily, catering to residents of all mobility levels.

Role Overview:
Join us in bringing the home to life! Be a vital part of a dedicated team supporting our residents through excellent catering services. Your role will help create a warm, homely atmosphere through delicious, well-presented meals and memorable dining experiences.
You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen By:
* Acting as the link between the main kitchen and our residents
* Assisting chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and maintaining cleanliness in preparation areas
* Monitoring stock rotation and adhering to company policies, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines
* Supporting catering for special events like summer BBQs and Christmas parties
Key Skills / Qualifications Needed:
A passion for food, previous kitchen experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. You aim to deliver excellent service, making residents feel at home, and understand the importance of high standards and effective communication within the team.
