We’re currently seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Services team on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a background working within an HR Shared Services environment and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you’ll be responsible for triaging our customers to the most appropriate solution, whether that's providing advice over the phone, managing cases through our case management systems in and MyWorkday, or supporting managers during team calls. The tasks within the People Services ER team are diverse and include providing guidance on absence, flexible working, management of fixed term contracts, new starter occupational health, OH / workplace assessments, equipment procurement, and performance improvement.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Maintaining the quality of the data in MyWorkday.
Managing data integrity and ensure standards for audit requirements are delivered that meet legal and business requirements.
Customer focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
Understands and demonstrates the importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
Computer literate with experience of MS Office and HR systems.
