This individual will join at the outset of the finance team build-out, playing a key role in designing systems, streamlining reporting processes, and equipping the management team with the financial insight needed to scale efficiently and profitably. This role comes with structured progression routes - from team leadership to senior management - alongside ongoing support for professional development and qualifications. The Role:
* Setting up and maintaining financial systems and controls
* Producing accurate, timely management accounts and reports
* Supporting budgeting processes and tracking variances
* Managing cash flow and controlling debtors
The Person:
* Finance Manager or similar finance background (trainee or experienced)
* Commutable to Sandbach
* Keen to learn, grow, and eventually lead a finance team
