Temporary Data Protection Officer Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Liaising with internal teams to streamline data processes and ensure accuracy.
Performing reviews to maintain data integrity.
Extracting and reviewing data for process validation.
Organising large datasets into Excel spreadsheets using macros.
Collating data from a variety of sources.
Supporting the team to meet strict SLAs by managing data backlog efficiently and precisely.

Proven administrative experience with a focus on data management.
Demonstrable exposure in an environment governed by GMP.
Skilled Microsoft Office user; advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Comfortable handling large datasets with attention to detail.
Previous experience supporting quality assurance functions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
