Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
Building consistent, trusted relationships with pupils
Helping with lesson routines and de-escalation strategies
Promoting emotional regulation and growth mindset
Working with a highly trained team of therapists and specialists
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this Bexley School:
Graduate (ideally Psychology, Criminology, Sociology)
