The Senior Leadership Team are looking for an experienced Business Studies Teacher with the ability to teach across KS4 / Key Stage 4. You will be accountable for pupils’ attainment, progress and outcomes. The successful Business Studies Teacher will need to: Hold QTS with a Business Studies specialism (ECTs / Early Career Teachers are also encouraged to apply) Have a minimum of 6 months experience within a secondary school setting in the UK Take responsibility for improving teaching through appropriate professional development Have high expectations of behaviour, and establish a framework for discipline with a range of strategies, using praise, sanctions and rewards consistently and fairly Establish a safe and stimulating environment for all pupils, rooted in mutual respect TeacherActive will provide you with a dedicated consultant, to support you in this role and any further opportunities within your career.
