About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and providing vital support and administration for Sales & Lettings to help us serve our customers effectively. You will be the first point of contact for clients, applicants, and contractors, shaping their first impression of our brand. Foxtons is a highly recognizable London estate agency, and you will handle in-person and telephone enquiries from those looking to buy or rent in London.
Your responsibilities include maintaining high standards within the office, managing the workspace, reporting maintenance issues, handling the key system, and updating marketing displays regularly.
This role offers insight into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and collecting compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate successful deals.
