Attend meetings with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide expert guidance on potential solutions
Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions and product development conversations
Present capabilities in a way that clearly demonstrates value and practical outcomes
Lead the technical input for proposal and quotation processes
Translate client needs into structured plans that align with manufacturing capabilities
Work with internal teams to cost and scope projects accurately and persuasively
Act as the technical point of contact for key client relationships
Support smooth handovers between sales, engineering, and delivery teams
Help identify potential areas for future business based on client needs and technical compatibility
Stay up to date with developments in materials, manufacturing technologies, and industry best practice
Share knowledge internally to help refine and evolve the company’s service offeringSkills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Organised and adaptable
At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales, client support, or a similar role
Confident working with different teams and building strong client relationships
Able to explain technical information clearly to people without a technical background
Ideally you will come from a hands-on production environment
Good understanding of pricing, costs, and how to build a strong business case
Comfortable using CRM tools and project tracking software
Open to international travel as and when the business requiresHow to Apply
