Key Details
Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire – site-based, 5 days a week
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week (some flexibility available)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year + company van + excellent benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee a range of essential tasks, ensuring the highest safety standards across the public highway. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring health and safety for yourself, the workforce, and the public in line with Kier SHE processes
* Supervising construction works, inspecting quality, and maintaining detailed records
* Implementing and monitoring compliance with Construction Phase plans and risk assessments
* Communicating effectively with site managers regarding programme changes
* Creating an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought and experience
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold SSSTS or SMSTS certification and NRSWA Supervisor qualification
* Have a strong understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations and their practical application onsite
* Are familiar with the Chapter 8 Traffic Signs Manual
* Possess a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, resurfacing activities, and structures work
* Can demonstrate a working knowledge of NEC4 contracts
