Business Development Manager – Power & Electrical Sector
£45K + car + bonus
Remote Working (Midlands/Central UK ideal)
What do we do?
We’re an established but growing SME manufacturing reliable power solutions for today and tomorrow. With a clear plan to double in size in the coming years we are looking for a proactive BDM to win new business in new vertical markets such as UPS, fire and security and telecoms and grow our presence selling via electrical contractors, installers, and distributors.
Who do we need?
You’ll combine a hunter mindset with strong relationship skills, spotting opportunities, building trust, and driving long-term value.
✅ Technical B2B sales experience essential (e.g. UPS, CCTV, EV charging, HVAC, access control are ideas but not an exhaustive list)
✅ Proven success selling to electrical contractors/installers and an existing contact base
✅ Energetic, commercial, and hands-on and also willing to travel across Midlands and South for meetings
✅ Humble, honest and trustworthy are not just values or words on a laminated card- they run through everything we do
