The Person To be considered, you should have: Previous experience in a Transport Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar role A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification (essential) Strong understanding of transport compliance, operator licence requirements, and driver regulations Experience managing transport budgets, fleet performance, and operational KPIs Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop transport teams Knowledge of transport planning systems, fleet management software, and reporting tools Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities IOSH, NEBOSH, or similar health and safety qualifications would be advantageous Exposure to telematics, route optimisation, or fleet efficiency programmes would be beneficial The Role As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of transport operations, ensuring customer requirements are met safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
